Looking up is an abstract contemporary representation of life after nuclear interruption of the environment and how nature begins to repair and replace itself with positive growth. The circles are artists that represent the love that push gently against the cold metal edges of the power plant making it softer with every painting and exhibition that is created to bring awareness.
