"Tangerines and Grapes", 16x12, oil on linen

I finally managed to paint something after a dry spell, filled with self-doubt and despondence over the oil spill. It's definitely a low key painting, but the tangerines add the warmth required to pull off a painting this low key. It's pretty loose and I enjoyed trying out a couple new brushes that I'd bought a few weeks ago.
