Contemporary Figurative, Expressionist Painting "Girlfriends" International Contemporary Abstract Artist Arrachme

Tried and true, girlfriends, sisters, moms, and daughters can have long times of separation then in a blink of an eye they are together again. Women stand strong together.  No matter who we are, what color we are, what age or persuasion, we are women first. With unity anything can be accomplished. History teaches us that by implementing the natural tool of  multi-tasking that is a female characteristic,  the world can improve and change for the better.  I’m with her.

Abstract, Environmental Art, Egg, Fine Art Painting, “HOPE” by International Contemporary Abstract Artist Arrachme

“Hope” was chosen to go to South Korea to be in the 2nd International Environmental Exhibition- Draw Environment in Art- New Human Environmental Co-Existence.

This exhibit for me is just as special as the painting because it pulls together a worldwide family of friends, the collaborating arts working together to create social impact through the arts.  The exhibition draws attention to the Fukushima Nuclear Accident in Japan, that happened just five short years ago while honoring an emotional nonfiction depiction of the event in Haiku (traditional Japanese poetry), Taro Aizo – “My Precious Earth”.

Beach Paradise, Oil Painting on Canvas Panel, 9x6 Seascape Daily Painting by Carmen Beecher

I'm running out of titles for these beach scenes. How many ways can you describe such a beautiful place? I worked on this while getting windows installed and pavers put down in the driveway. My easel was really the only place I could be out of the way, so the drills were drilling and the saws were sawing, and I pretended I was back on North Captiva Island listening to the sound of the Laughing Gulls.

Natchez Trace, Original Oil Painting Landscape of National Parkway, 6x6, Beautiful Highway , by Carmen Bee

The Natchez Trace runs from Nashville to Natchez, and its history goes back to prehistoric times. It is a wonderful way to travel through beautiful country, and there is little traffic.

This painting is part of my 20 percent off, free shipping sale on Etsy. Sale ends December 20th.

Oil Painting "Horse Country," 18x24 Oil on Canvas, Florida Landscape Art by Carmen Beecher

I was driving with my daughters on a back road near Ocala, Florida when I saw this scene. It was so peaceful, and the hanging moss gave it even more of an air of serenity. Some of the best horses in the world are bred in Florida's horse country.
